How can I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We utilize USPS Standard for shipping within the United States. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders over $100, allowing customers to save on shipping costs while enjoying our products.
